A friend of mine once told me that one of the problems she always have with her husband is this compliment issue. she said that her husband will always want her to tell him how good looking he is, how the food he cooked is so tasty and so on but on the other hand the lady is not that kind of a person, she sees that as if her husband is choking her.
Sometimes I wonder if I compliment my my husband too much.
I mean, how much is too much?
compliment is one of the ingredient that keeps a marriage going.To me i don't think that any amount of compliment can be too much for your partner. compliment makes your partner feel he or she is valued, appreciated, love and so on.Some will finish eating their wife's food and cannot even say ''honey this food is delicious. Same thing goes for some women.
I came across on line, where relationship expert for men said that “a man shouldn’t compliment a woman…”
He went on to say that “a man should compliment her friends instead because that way, it would activate her competitive streak.”i think that is ridiculous
Couple tend to neglect this small small things in marriage or relationship thinking it does not matter but it does. Some people cant even remember the last time u even told your partner how much u love him or her.What I’ve found out is that too many compliments are much better than not enough.Guys it’s time to go find something to appreciate about partner and pay him or her a sincere compliment.
