An American woman named Crystal Owonubi is a happy woman today. Yesterday, her father had a change of heart and finally met Nigerian husband after 19 years of marriage. She shared photos of herself flanked by father and husband writing what you see above

Crystal shared a post  last month saying her father has accepted her children last year.

"So I called my Dad today to see how he is doing and to ask him a very important question that I have been wanting to ask for a long time!
You all know that last November he recently had a change of heart and accepted my children!! My children and I visited him and they stepped foot in his home for the first time, while I visited his home after 18 years or so. And my husband spoke to my father on the phone for the first time ever!!
I have been talking to him about us visiting this summer and he is looking forward to our visit again. But, I wanted to know if my father is truly ready to meet my husband of 15 years. I didn't want us to just show up. I needed to know that it is okay with him. So, I asked him. And guess what he said!!!! YES!!! Praise the Lord! Here comes the best summer of my life!!!"

Relationships Suffer Because Women Want to be Men, We Can't be Equal - Ooni of Ife's Wife on gender equality

Speaking at the just concluded Emerging Women’s Forum, in Maryland, USA, wife of Ooni of Ife, Wuraola Otiti Zynab Obanor, has waded into the much talked about gender equality bill and suggested the need to ignore the bill as men and women cannot be equal.

Olori Zynab said out of no offence to anyone, she’s not a fan of gender equality because she thinks that limits women, and categorically stated that her husband, the Ooni, has his role to play and she has hers.

“I am not a huge fan of gender equality. We can’t be equal, We cant be men. We have our roles to play here, a very pivotal one,” she said,

The queen further outlined the powerful roles women play and how women should tap into their powers by exploring themselves in order to reach extraordinary heights, as opposed to fighting for power with their male counterparts.

“The modern pattern of feminism has succeeded in limiting women of the heights they could reach; gender equality is unrealistic.

“We can never be equal with men, we are here for a great purpose, we have our roles to play we are powerful and we are a force of nature.

“Relationships are suffering today, because women want to be men. You want to be treated like a queen, but you don’t carry yourself like a Queen,” her Majesty noted. Do you agree with her?
