Ladies; understanding your ovulation
Yesterday i talked about some steps to take when trying to conceive. today am talking about ovulation. Knowing and understanding your ovulation will help couple trying to conceive, it will also help couples that are not yet ready for a child.
What is ovulation
Ovulation is when a mature egg is released from the ovary, pushed down the fallopian tube, and is available to be fertilized.
Approximately every month an egg will mature within one of your ovaries. As it reaches maturity, the egg is released by the ovary where it enters the fallopian tube to make its way towards waiting sperm and the uterus.The lining of the uterus has thickened to prepare for the fertilized egg. If no conception occurs, the uterine lining, as well as blood, will be shed.
A woman’s monthly cycle is measured from the first day of her menstrual period until the first day of her next period.
On average, a woman’s cycle normally is between 28-32 days, but some women may have much shorter or much longer cycles.
Ovulation can be calculated by starting with the first day of the last menstrual period (LMP) or by calculating 12-16 days from the next expected period.
Most women ovulate anywhere between Day 11 – Day 21 of their cycle, counting from the first day of the LMP.
This is what many refer to as the “fertile time” of a woman’s cycle, because sexual intercourse during this time increases the chance of pregnancy.
Ovulation can occur at various times during a cycle, and may occur on a different day each month. It is important to track your cycle and fortunately there are a number of free fertility charting tools available to help women identify their peak fertile days.

A British unfortunate woman met her untimely death after she was strangled to death with a telephone wire by her husband.
The unfortunate woman was found strangled to death in the tourist
resort of Calvia in Mallorca at her home on the Costa de la Calma. She
was identified as Jane Lyttle, aged 49-years.
Her husband Warren Lyttle, 50, has been arrested on suspicion of
murder. He allegedly called police at 3am on Saturday morning and
confessed to strangling his wife to death with a telephone wire at their
home.
Doctors rushed to the scene and tried to revive the woman, who was
in cardiac arrest, but could not save her. She was pronounced dead at
the scene. Police reported that the woman had marks to her neck and
appears to have been strangled.
The man is being held in custody after the Civil Guard took over
the investigation. He is expected to go before a magistrate on Sunday or
Monday.
The Mirror reports that the couple had lived in Mallorca for more
than a decade and have a daughter. El Mundo newspaper identified the
woman as L.J. and the husband with the initials W.L.
Woman beats husband after he refused her s*x
A man has been thoroughly beaten by his horny wife, Sondra
Earle-Kelly, 51, after he refused her sex. According to reports, the man
was busy watching the television when the wife made the request which he
ignored.
The angry wife came back with anger to attack the man, leaving him
bloody and bruised. She is alleged to have thrown ceramic figurines at

Police found blood spattered up the walls of the pair’s apartment.
Earle-Kelly, who had allegedly spent the night popping tranquilizer
tablets, has been charged with aggravated domestic violence.
She spent the night banged up in Charlotte, South Carolina, before her release on a £10,000 bail bond.

Ron, who is still sharing a house with Weng in Martock, Somerset, said his "quickie divorce" will be through in May - the same time as Cristel's annulment.
He said: “I was invited out there for Christmas to spend it with her family. She is absolutely adoring and very, very caring.
“She looked after me so well when I was over there. With my
Parkinson's she took really good care of me - she even showered me to
make sure I was ok.”
