Vietnam; First surrogate baby born today

 Vietnam legalized surrogate pregnancy in March 2015, as it revised the Law on Marriage and Family, and the couple,who cannot have natural or IVF children, Deputy Minister Tien told the media after the C-section surgery.
  
The 46-year-old woman, whose identity has not been released filed a surrogacy request at the National Hospital of Obstetrics and Gynecology in Hanoi, and eventually received the go-ahead to have one of her aunts to be the surrogate mother for the baby they longed to have.The baby girl, weighing 3.6kg, was born by C-section, performed by Deputy Minister of Health, Professor and Doctor Nguyen Viet Tien (pictured carrying the newborn baby today) when the surrogate mother was 38 weeks pregnant.

A doctor told a very good friend of mine that the first three months of a baby's life is like a fourth trimester. He said that some major development is far from done but we wouldn't be able to give birth to their giant heads if they stayed in the womb any longer (I wouldn't say that they fit really well at 40 weeks either but I'm not going to argue with nature.)
My friend told me this when my first son was about a month old and I was trying to implement all the "well intended" (code for "shit") advice that is often bestowed on a new mother. It was like an Oprah A-Ha moment and it made perfect sense. If I just let him live his life like he's still in the womb my life will become way less complicated. Here's what I did:

Someone told me a bath was essential to establishing a bedtime schedule. She also told me that this should be followed by a massage (sadly for him, not me) and a story. He hated bath time because he was naked and freezing (for the record, he loves being both now), the massage confused him just long enough to get through it and I don't know why I thought reading "Go Dog Go" to a two-week old was logical, but then "sane" wasn't an adjective I'd use for me in the first three months of my child's life. I accepted that he was a newborn and not a member of the Deadliest Catch fishing crew so he wasn't dirty and he didn't need a bath.

The former Real Housewives of Orange Country star gave birth to daughter Decker Kate Bosworth Thursday night at 7:26 p.m, And even though little Decker was two weeks early, she weighed in at a healthy 8 pounds and was 19.5 inches long!
"Decker Kate Bosworth was born with a full head of brown hair and pretty blue eyes," her proud mom told E! News exclusively. "Daddy Kyle Bosworth cut the umbilical cord and grandma Jeana Keough got on a flight the second I was being admitted, she arrived in Florida about 5 hours after Decker's birth."
Fortunately, Kara told E! News she had a "quick and easy delivery after an amazing pregnancy."
"I'm so lucky," she said. "No morning sickness, no pregnancy waddle and I wore heels to the hospital—I thought I was just coming in for my weekly check up and apparently Decker had other plans..."

A 37 yaar old man rapes a mentally challeged 19 year old girl

 Lagos police command have arrested a 37-year-old man for allegedly raping a mentally-challenged girl (names withheld).
The suspect, Adesola Moses, who resides at Osenatuilo Street, Alagbado by AIT Road, reportedly raped the victim in her mother’s shop. the suspect took advantage of the victim’s mental health and had anal sex with her.
According to a family member the victim’s mother, Muiynant Mustapha, left her 19-year-old daughter in her shop to attend a party, when the suspect sneaked into the shop, asked the girl to remove her clothes and raped her.
The relative said: “While the act was ongoing, a 10-year-old girl, Tunrayo, daughter of the landlord, who usually plays with the victim, saw them and ran out to alert people. By the time people got to the shop, the suspect had escaped.”

Lagos Pastor Arrested For allegedly raping His Step-Daughter

According to punch,A 42 year old Pastor, Ikpa chidiebere, who hails from the Bende LGA of Abia State, has being arrested by Lagos police command for raping and deflowering his step daughter whose name were withheld in the surulere area of Lagos. The cleric who denied the allegation told PUNCH that it was a neighbor, identified  as Richard, that did rape the 14-year-old girl, but he decided not to report the matter to the police because he (Pastor Ikpa) had a forgiving character.

But, the SS2 student, who eventually reported the incident to police last Friday,  insisted that she was raped on several occasions.

the girl also say that whenever she tells the incidents  to her mother, she always shout her down and refused to take any action on the matter.

A police source told PUNCH that the girl reported that Pastor Ikpa had allegedly been sleeping with her since she was 10 years old and was the one who deflowered her.
