At times you will see some women with big stomach even after giving birth

When a woman gives birth, a lot of things changes, her body included, and she’ll keep gaining more weight if absolute care is not taken. To lose this weight might be difficult. Dear readers  it is impossible when you set your mind to achieve it.

Breastfeeding And Weight Loss

There have been a lot of testimonies on how breastfeeding has helped a lot of women lose weight after giving birth. But let’s be real here, if you are eating a lot and you are breastfeeding less, you won’t lose the weight that way (especially if you gained a lot of weight during pregnancy). So even though breastfeeding helps in losing weight, there are ways to go about it.
The plus to losing weight through breastfeeding is, you are feeding your child and as well getting yourself back into your post-pregnancy shape. Isn’t that just fab? Below are tips in loosing that baby weight you gained.

1. Drink Lots Of Water

Water helps in flushing out the unwanted fats from your body. So drinking water is the best way to lose weight. It also prevents you from becoming dehydrated and helps in increasing your breast milk production, so wherever you are, always take more water.

2. Exercise

Wait until you are approved ready to exercise by your doctor, no official approval, just ask your doctor when you can start exercising again. Aerobics and other stretching and strengthening exercises are what you need the most.
Backing your baby, you can take a long walk out with baby. It’s also a good idea to plan a fitness routine every day. It could be a walk, a jog, or some activities that help you burn fat. Don’t try too hard though. Remember you didn’t add the weight in one day, so also, you can’t lose the weight so fast. Slow down.

3. Eat Healthy
