4 ways to ease off stress as you plan your wedding

For our dear readers who might be planning their wedding, these are some tips to ease off stress as you plan for your big day.

1. Eat some carbohydrate-heavy foods: It may sound like a bad advice but here's the thing, even if you've been trying to fit into that dress or suit by losing weight, it means you'll greatly cut down on your carbohydrate intake but according to dietitians, slashing too much can increase your stress level because you'll be doing too many activities. Foods like potatoes and oats will help a lot.

2. Do little chores: Chores that'll take your mind off the wedding planning would help. Mindless chores like washing plates can help relieve stress by decreasing your nervousness.


3. Decrease use of social media: Spending more time on social media can increase your stress more than ever. You could get more depressed and envious when checking bridal items on social media especially if you are on a tight budget. A break from all social media platforms would help you.

4. Have more sex: For couples who decide not to wait for their day, sex could be a good sex reliever. Apart from the stress relieving part, you both would become closer. Try this you can thank me later
